Went and got a haircut about a week ago, The lady I had messed up my edge up it was very uneven I never had this problem at sports clips it’s the only place I go for a haircut. Still debating if I should return next time.

My son has come to Sports Clips multiple times. Today we came for a back to school haircut. The hairdresser BUTCHERED the back. I will never be returning. I am having to take him to another local hairdresser to fix this mess.

This is the absolute worst haircut my 14yo son has ever had. She didn't even cut his sideburns. We specifically asked for it not to be a combober cut and that is exactly what she did. She a spot with no hair in the front as well. Extremely disappointed.

My boys haircuts came out great !!!! Just what I wanted . Products are amazing but for a baby haircut (trim) for a (2months) is overpriced. Paid $18.00 which is charged as a adult . Now that is ridiculous. They should change the price at least to $8.00 .

In regards to the guy complaining about online check-in. This is 2018, get with the times. I love sport clips for the atmosphere, stylists, and "massage". I have a 2yr old and 1yr old twins, I can't leave my wife with all 3 and wait over an hour for a haircut. So, I would go somewhere else. When they opened up online check-in, I returned to sport clips. How is this any different than to-go orders or call- in reservations to a restaurant? It's not. You're just upset you didn't find out sooner.

I have been coming to this store for at least 5 years. My last experience was horrible. I walked in, signed in, selected my favorite stylist. I was presented with an hour and a half wait. I thought something was wrong, because there was me and about 5 other guys and 5 or 6 stylists. So it could not be over an hour wait. I was wrong. I waited and saw the other five guys get called back, so I figured I was next. But I waited as one after another guys walked in after me and were called back. I waited until I saw my favorite stylist was done with her client and another new guy was called back. I went up to complain and was told the other guys who were coming in had checked in online before me. So apparently walking in now puts you at the end of the line. For the last five years I had been told that calling in to be put on the waiting list is not allowed. You have to show up to be put on the list. I was never informed that you MUST use the online check instead of just walking in. I made it clear to the girl acting as manager that this was insulting that they gave priority to online check in. She made it clear that the do not give them priority, that they wait just as long - just not in the store. What a screwed up thing to say.
